Dr. Zach Howard’s love for chiropractic started when he was 8 and injured his neck playing hockey and after a few adjustments his neck pain was alleviated.
Dr. Zach obtained a Bachelor of Arts with specialization in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario in 2013. He then attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated in 2018 with his Doctor of Chiropractic with Cum Laude distinction.
He has significant experience treating an array of patients with both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. He has a particular interest in geriatrics and in treating athletic populations of all skills and incorporates current, evidence-informed treatments in order to minimize symptoms and optimize health and performance.
Dr. Zach is a licensed member in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.

Dr. Zach is married to Dr. Rachel also of Sound Chiropractic, who he met at chiropractic college and together have a dog named Hatty and a Son named Boone. Dr. Zach enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, playing golf, and hockey and watching his beloved Leafs. He also enjoys downhill skiing and is looking forward to teaching Boone to ski one day soon!
