How are GREYTstuff items created? - Greytstuff items are made using an on-demand creation printing and or an embroidery process.
What is print on demand? - Print on Demand (POD) is a fulfillment process that creates custom branded items and ships them directly to a customer as they place and pay for their order. This fulfillment model eliminates the need for inventory and storage space.
Fulfillment - It takes 14-20 business days to create a product and fulfill an order
Shipping -The average shipping time is 5 business days depending on the delivery destination
Delivery - Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, it's delivered to the address you entered on the checkout page of greytstuff.ca when you placed your order.
What do I do if placed an order with the wrong size? - We have a no-return, no refund policy. GREYTStuff apparel is created on demand by you for you. Please check your order before you enter your payment information and purchase.

What if I entered the wrong Address? - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
What happens if I get a message saying my item is unclaimed? - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our on-demand producer and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if applicable). This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
What if the order is lost in the mail? - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! Our on-demand supplier will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. Before that can happen, we need you to confirm that the shipping address you entered on your order was correct.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, we won’t reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now? - There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by a customer. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned, or had an incorrect address originally provided. What if the product is damaged in the mail?
What if my item arrives damaged? - If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to email@example.com and we will review and get back to you.
